TexploreVibe does not guarantee accuracy, availability, or reliability of this information. Vendors may:
Submit corrections, updates, or takedown requests
We allow up to 90 days to review and take appropriate action before any legal claim can be considered valid
3. Our Role and Responsibility
TexploreVibe acts solely as an:

Content curator and lead-generation bridge
We do not represent, endorse, or partner officially with any vendor unless explicitly stated. Users are expected to conduct their own due diligence before engaging with any vendor listed on our platform.
4. Editorial Freedom and Content Rights
We retain full rights to:
Add or remove any vendor listing or content
Publish “Top 10” or curated features
Include affiliate links or sponsored promotions
Embed third-party content (e.g., booking platforms or Google Maps)
We are not obligated to inform vendors before including or removing them from content.
5. Monetization and Affiliate Disclosure
TexploreVibe monetizes through:
Sponsored articles or listings
Google AdSense and other ad platforms
Affiliate partnerships (we may earn commissions at no cost to you)
Paid features or collaborations
We do not guarantee the quality of affiliate products or third-party services. Users make decisions at their own risk.

Any issues must first be reported to us at hello@texplorevibe.com and a 90-day resolution period must be granted before initiating any legal action
8. Legal Jurisdiction
All disputes, complaints, or legal claims must be:
Filed exclusively in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India
Governed solely by Indian law
Any attempt to enforce foreign law (including U.S. law) is invalid
9. Right to Modify Terms and Content
